  1. Kukus tempe selama 10menit.
  2. Campurkan tempe kukus kaki jamur, ham yg sudah di goreng, haluskan menggunakan chopper sampai halus, masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, garam, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk.. aduk sampai tercampur rata, cicip rasanya...
  3. Bagi menjadi 16pcs, bentuk bulat2 sebesar roti burgernya.
  4. Siapkan bahan pencelup.
  5. Celup patty tempe ke terigu basah bulak balik, lalu gulingkan di tepung roti, masukkan ke wadah.
  6. Lakukan sampai selesai, masukkan patty ke dalam kulkas selama 30menit, biar pas di goreng nggk buyar tepung rotinyaa...
  7. Setelah 30menit, goreng patty dalam minyak panas gunakan api kecil saja...
  8. Bagi 2 roti burger, panggang roti burger di atas teflon yg di olesi sedikit margarin, bulan balik sampai kecoklatan angkat, olesi roti burger dengan saos sambal, masukkan selada, patty tempe, saos sambal lagi, tomat, timun, selada, tutup dengan roti burger, tusuk tengahnya dengan tusuk gigi agar bisa berdiri tegak, sajikan deeehhh... makan selagi hangat, lembut rotinya, garing isiannya... enak bangeettt.. 👍👍 (lihat resep).
