- You need 3 lembar of keju slice.
- You need Secukupnya of daun selada (saya skip ganti kol).
- You need Secukupnya of saus sambal dan mayonaise.
- You need Secukupnya of margarin (untuk memanaskan).

- Campurkan semua bahan A, untuk air jika ragu boleh dituang sedikit demi sedikit agar tidak terlalu lembek. Mixer atau ulen hingga setengah kalis..
- Jika sudah setengah kalis masukkan bahan B lalu mixer atau ulen hingga kalis elastis..
- Tutup adonan dengan kain bersih lalu biarkan hingga mengembang..
- Bagi adonan menjadi 10 @50 gram jika ingin roti burger mini dan bagi menjadi 6-7 @70-83 gram jika ingin roti burger big..
- Pipihkan adonan lalu cubit ketengah pinggir-pinggirnya dan rapikan. Cubit yang rapat agar tidak terbuka saat mengembang..
- Olesi loyang dengan carlo lalu tata adonan. Diamkan kembali hingga mengembang..
- Saya panggang pakai otang ya. Api sedang cenderung besar selama 15 menit. Awal saya letakkan di rak bawah dan tengah. Putar dan tukar loyang di menit ke 10, dan di menit ke 12 naikkan loyang ke rak atas diamkan 2 menit lalu ganti dengan loyang satunya. Atau panggang hingga matang sesuai oven masing-masing..
- Angkat lalu segera keluarkan agar uapnya keluar. Jangan terlalu lama di oven agar tidak hilang kelembabannya. Ini bagus bgt ya teksturnya, luarnya kokoh dan dalamnya lembut saya gabisa foto soalnya langsung ludes🤣 jadi ga mirip sama roti manis atau roti sobek yang kalau dicubit langsung turun tekstur rotinya. Ini digigitpun tetap gagah mirip sama yang dijualan lah..
- Untuk membuat burger bebas sesuai selera. Saya bagi dua roti burger lalu susun isian daging, keju dan sayuran serta saus-sausan. Terlebih dahulu panasi bagian dalam roti burger dan daging dengan margarin..
